Empty muscle

Whenever someone tries to guess how much I benchpress based on my physique they always give me a ludicrous number like 140kg+ and i need to tell them I only bench 2 plates, I dont know if i should be happy that I look like i bench 3 plates or sad that I can't

I'm the same, my size is not proportional to my strength. It's pretty fucking sad. However I find it easier to build muscle than most so I think that's a worth tradeoff.

Yea to be fair, but it hurts the ego working out with someone smaller who lifts more weight
