What exactly makes these physiques attractive you may ask?

• The neck is the same width as the jaw which is ideal.
• Both have high muscle mass, they are in these pictures between 80kg and 90kg. Their height contributes to that "high" weight tho, a 5'11 ideal physique could be 5kg lighter.
• Lean is law. It only looks that good because of their leanness.
• Trained everything equally, traps don't make your shoulders less wide. If you have wide shoulders, trained traps still look good and don't just pop up from every angle.

There is a lot of proof on that, gymmaxxing isn't only male gaze. There are threads on this, overall societal behaviour concludes that gymmaxxed physiques are optimal.

We could argue that roidmaxxing is a looksmin yes, but natty training and achieving these physiques is a huge SMV boost.

If a girl could choose between two guys (both HTN facially and same height) who do you think would she choose? The more muscular one.

Also roidmaxxing allows you to achieve this goal physique in a lot shorter time and comes (only in puberty) with benefits like deeper voice and bigger dick.

Also why would you even think that being weak and thin would be better than being gymmaxxed? Also only focusing on female gaze is wrong, not having any male respect is also contraproductive for getting girls. Imagine getting bullied and you can't do anything about it

Good thread brah ! A good physique is always a bonus no matter where you stand on the looks scale. Even going from skinny or fat to a lean physique like Brad Pitt's in fight club would be a good step forawards. Check out kinobody, his whole brand revolves around getting this greek god/superhero type physique in the simplest way possible. Basically training hard 3 days per week and really dialing in your diet.
