You will grow if your plates are open AND if you take it for 6 months minimum as that is when bone formation starts and bone mass starts to increase. You will likely see nose and ear growth during the first 6 months since these two places have the highest concentration of igf1 receptors then you can see some height growth.
Ik some of u guys will say this shit is common sense but I haven't seen any studies linked whenever ppl are responding to those types of threads
