The vast majority of people’s facial and cranial proportions stabilize during childhood, which means that from that point to adulthood their faces maintain the same general proportions. E.g. if you had close-set eyes and long philtrum at the age of 12 you’re nearly guaranteed to still have these falios at 22. Take the craniofacial permanence pill.
A cope in the looksmaxing community is that Caucasians think they’re the exception to the rule. Let me explain.
Flat-faced Asians know that their faces are “genetically flat” and can’t be Mewed, chewed, nor thumbpulled into the Caucasoid form. But some Caucasoids here think that if they have flat faces it can’t possibly be genetic because they’re Caucasoid. “Nah bro, I’m Caucasian, so there ain’t no way my flat, recessed maxilla and brachy skull are genetic!”
News flash: regardless of your ethnic background, a brachy skull is a brachy skull. A long face is a long face. A recessed maxilla’s suture fuses and stops growing just the same whether you’re English or Mongolian. Just because you’re Caucasian doesn’t at all mean that you have the ability to Mew yourself into Barrett while Asians with flat faces can’t.

Reminder: Your head shape and face shape will most likely not change
Cephalic index stays constant over time, and facial index stabilizes at ages 5–6: Cephalic index doesn’t change with age: How tall your face is in proportion to its width is genetic. Hard Mew all you want; the data shows that if a person had, say, a low midface ratio and a brachy skull...
