If these things were actually true, we would expect to see clear, consistent evidence that people eating large amounts of raw meat have better physiques or facial structures than everyone else.

But the evidence simply isn't there. That's why I'm making this thread.

The most common, and most convincing argument from raw meat copers is:

"Well chud, traditional tribes eat raw meat and look strong"

Let's get the obvious clear here. The ONLY tribe they usually show as an example is the Maasai tribe which yes, they're very impressive. BUT THESE PEOPLE FORGET THE MAASAI AREN'T THE ONLY PEOPLE IN AFRICA LOL

Let me show you examples of other tribes:

We all know that chewing hard foods provides stimulation to the jaw. Dr Mew made an experiment with his sons, giving 2 of his sons a hard food diet (not raw meat)

Now niggass. Let's state the obvious. Bodybuilders, mr olympias, strongmen, etc. They have the biggest incentive to get the biggest as possible since they literally live off it.

And let me tell you if it worked these guys wouldn't be scared or would feel nauseous thinking about it. We're talking about the same people that made drinking raw eggs popular (Schwarzenegger), the same people that blend meat, milk, and eggs into the blender to get the maximum ammount of calories and that are on experimental drugs and a shitton of substances.

These people have entire medical teams that track every single hormonal change or muscle growth. If it really worked they'd have started by now.

If raw meat provided a clear advantage for muscle growth, hormone levels and recovery, then it's reasonable to expect competitive bodybuilders would alredy be doing it.

Modern bodybuilding diets are controlled to the last calorie. Athletes carefully measure protein, calories and macronutrients to support training and recovery.

That alone would make you wonder why these people haven't started doing it. (spoiler: because it doesn't work)

if u do it since birth it doesnt guaranteed that u will have an extremely good bones structure , but u will have no orthodontic issue neither its still better than growing on slop and have maloclusion cuz of sloppy shitty goyslop , that also why african black of TRIBES have higher T are taller and more Tsp on avg than the lil recessed cummy eating haribos

Raw meat is more bioavailable than cooked meat. When u cook food u destroy the beneficial enzymes.

Basic bio teaches that proteins unfold with heat. Guess what happens when u cook food all those enzymes are rendered inert. If u ingest that food not only do u get the toxic byproducts like AGES but u also cant even utilize the cauterized meat. Why do u think people want their steaks medium rare? That red is the uncooked part and the only part with nutrients.

If cooking is so good take it to the extreme cook your steak all the way through and tell me how it taste

At the cost of not being able to eat as half as much cooked meat as you could. As animals we thrive on quantity over quality. That's one of the reasons why we think our brain evolved, because we were able to consume more meat by cooking it. Tell me, can you eat a whole raw steak by yourself? The answer is probably not, you're filled before you're done eating half of it. Bioavailability means nothing when you can eat 5 steaks and still get more nutrients than eating half a steak.

Bioavailability means nothing when you can eat 5 steaks and still get more nutrients than eating half a steak.

raw milk is great too but meat is more nutrient dense so you'll prob get more benefits from it. tho all people are very raw fat deficient so maybe raw milk is a better choice for you

and yea, plain raw meat isnt super tasty so i usually make tartar or sashimi

true, raw meat will ascend you but not as much as people think. if you have bad bones no diet is saving you. but most benefits of it are on the inside, like feeling better and being stronger/healthier :bigbrain:

And let me tell you if it worked these guys wouldn't be scared or would feel nauseous thinking about it. We're talking about the same people that made drinking raw eggs popular (Schwarzenegger), the same people that blend meat, milk, and eggs into the blender to get the maximum ammount of calories and that are on experimental drugs and a shitton of substances.

These people have entire medical teams that track every single hormonal change or muscle growth. If it really worked they'd have started by now.

If raw meat provided a clear advantage for muscle growth, hormone levels and recovery, then it's reasonable to expect competitive bodybuilders would alredy be doing it.

Modern bodybuilding diets are controlled to the last calorie. Athletes carefully measure protein, calories and macronutrients to support training and recovery.

That alone would make you wonder why these people haven't started doing it. (spoiler: because it doesn't work)

Hm I dont know. I dont think that raw meat will give you a better face but I suppose that hormone wise and longletively wise there is an advantage to processed foods. But I would argue that raw meat has no significant advantage to cooked meat.

I dont completely think that mewing works. Its simple physics. I do believe that mewing might work from the ages of 0-6 or smth were most of the sutures are still open but after that age i dont really think a lot will happen

I think that mewing (in the sense of proper tounge posture) is good since it gives the appearance of a sharper jawline, but if we are deadass, it wont change your face.

The only thing were i can slightly agree is giving a baby hard food to chew on in the first years of its live but after age 5 its completely over.

I don’t even understand why they try to use the Masai as a case of raw meat having impacts the Masai are East African that part of the continent has the tallest people anyways compared to the rest of Africa and the tribes that eat raw meat still aren’t their height so what :ROFLMAO:
