NT is the ability to adapt to your shithole social environment
therefore NT is

1. accepting that women have a equal role, and are sovereign individuals capable of individual thought
2. accepting that its normal to be friendly with women in exchange for no sex
3. accepting that it's normal for you to be alone, despite there being an higher female to male population
4. accepting that your power play depends on your looks and status in society. that lower status male will have to peacock for sovereign female attention

if you fit into any niche, you are NT. Because you are participating in herd culture therefore accept the popular herd naratives (ex. masks, feminism, healthcare, climat problems).

think about what, and why you are doing things. to what end. and why this is the path that you needed to get there.
