Eplerenone & furo question

I’m taking 25mg daily of eplernone already. I have an event next weekend so can I just up my dose of eplerenone to maybe 200, instead of taking like 40mg of furo?

I’m already at low double digit bf, i was just wondering if it’d make any more difference to do either or
