Eplerenone long term

How safe is eplerenone long term? I’m on 2.5mg minoxidil so I’m starting 25mg eplerenone which I’ll up to 50mg in a few weeks to counter the bloat I’m getting from minoxidil. Is there anything serious I need to look out for?

Just be careful about your potassium intake
