He used to, but now he's a bored oldcel that wants money to buy a new fishing boat with more cabin space, so slapping custom designed implants that mask the problem not fix it as opposed to hard osteotomies is not his concern

Yeah man,its just comical when you see all those men with jaw implants but little or none foward growth....you need to fix foward growth first,than you can work on widening your jaw with implants

Depends on surgeon,some like alvaro can go massive foward,but you have to watch on your nose and gonial angles or you can end up like this
