Didn’t really look like a natural shape in the CT scans. The side profile improved but the front just looks deformed tbh

Jaw bones never flare out like that, idk how they ended up designing it like that.

with jaw implants, less is more.

The 9 month post surgery shot actually looks okay, but he did indeed go too big, which is often the temptation with jaw augmentation fags. The lateral prominence of the mandibular angles being past the lateral prominence of the zygos always looks unnatural. You should draw a line straight down from your zygos and go no further.

trying to get greater definition by going turbo on the prominence of the angles is always a bad idea. Guys just need to accept that current jaw augmentation techniques are imperfect. You're not going to have <hollywood fag>'s jawline simply by putting blocks of silicone on your jawbone, because much of the look is also based on the soft tissue, of which not really many techniques for manipulating currently exist.

wide jaws are not necessarily good looking. defined jaws that have a taper are good looking
