this plan you cost you a lot (200k plus) but can ascend u to chadlite (no joke)
First thing you need is MSE.
Them after mse you need lefort 1 high cut CCW rotation.
Them you will need cheek implants and paranasal implants and infraorbitals.
Rinoplasty for nose
Mouth widening, lip lift and that surgery that changes lip width that i forgot
After that ur maxila will be looking fire already so u can proceed to ur mandible wich is your worst trait (if u cantt fix anything else fix mandible)
For the mandible you will need IMDO ( mandibular distraction osteogenesis ) for forward movement, along with chin wing associated with custom jaw angle implants (maybe even wraparound over the chin wing), and also probably surgically assisted orthodontics
for eye are i would recommend double eyelid surgery and eyebrow transplant
them touch up any flaws left with fat grafting and removel all around the face

Option A- Moneymaxxing then and get the best doctors to come as one
* if i can set up a business that will turn into million dollar business (i'm very great at predicting how technology world will look like in 10 years i used to brainstorm with my friend in late 2000;s on what were some business models thats gonna come to life even though i aint stem degree) i keep thinking ideas and ideas that i can bring to life within my reach as my major was accounting n i cant do that shit job.

* i also pick up a lots or undervalue stocks to sell high when economy picks up (been thinking about taking bank loans that i aint gonna pay back/selling my kidney/selling otc drugs to other countries that needs prescription (eg. i can buy tramadol,codeine & gabapentine in drugstore & benzos at some clinics and i can do so thru doctor shopping and by making most of my insurance)

By then i aint sure that million dollar (aint multi million) can make me get some of top tier doctor in the room to come up with a perfect plan to max me up.
