erda takes off your growth cap it also dosent cause more estrogen in the body do running the ai wouldnt really matter becuase of how erda acts itself

ai's you always perma blast with erda it rlly depends on your own belives some pople perma blast that too some will og 5 weeks on 2 off

stop cycling erda bro there is no point, you need to take it constantly for actual inhibition, if u do cycle do high dosage (14/7), they did that in japan/china or something
