Erdafitinib gastritis

I'm only on 5 mg erda and if i don't take my famotidine before bed i get completely fucked over in the morning with gastritis (stomach hurts hell from impaired epitheleum function), does anyone else have this?

Only side effects i've gotten is a dry nose, somewhat dry mouth in the middle of the night (so i just use a humidifier), and then i got diarrhea like one day.. this is the only actual issue. i took erda last night before bed and no medications in combo with it
