If you're running erdafitinib for heightmaxxing, the one side effect you genuinely cannot afford to ignore is CSR (central serous retinopathy). You lose your vision over a few inches and you played yourself. Here a mitigation stack and the actual mechanism behind each one so you understand WHY they work 
.
Spironolactone (50mg daily)
Antagonizes the mineralocorticoid receptor, directly reducing the choroidal vascular hyperpermeability and hydrostatic pressure gradient that drives subretinal fluid accumulation. It's the only compound on this list with actual clinical trial evidence for CSR treatment. If you're going to skimp on one of these three, don't let it be this one.
Pentoxifylline (400mg 2x daily)
Improves erythrocyte deformability and reduces plasma viscosity, maintaining perfusion through the 10-20 micron choriocapillaris so the RPE stays oxygenated and its Na+/K+-ATPase fluid pump continues functioning under FGFR inhibition stress. Your choriocapillaris vessels are barely wider than the red blood cells passing through them anything that improves flow through that bottleneck directly protects the RPE's ability to clear fluid.
Astaxanthin (12mg daily)
Antioxidant that actually reaches the retina, where it settles into the cell membranes of the RPE the layer responsible for pumping fluid out from under the retina. Erdafitinib causes oxidative stress that damages those cells, and astaxanthin soaks up that damage before it can break down the pump machinery. No working pump = fluid builds up = CSR.
Run all three or don't run erda at all. Get OCT scans monthly also amsler grid every morning takes 30 seconds. If you catch CSR early it's reversible. If you don't, it's not.
