Went out with my girl today to fuck in my car and only lasted like 5 min the first round like wtf then after a hour i recharged and got soft mid way wtf is wrong with me.

I’m lowkey regretting taking sarms and peds at such a young age. from 15 to present day 17.

should i buy viagra and cialis
or just hop on trt i could go 5 rounds back to back a year ago now im struggling after the first one. I think trt is a better long term solution
