Erection Strength Optimization – (Daily + On-Demand)


Erection quality is a neurovascular + smooth muscle + venous trapping issue.
This thread outlines a simple, sustainable protocol aimed at improving:

Bro did you not read the title? Its a BASIC stack to combat underlying issues for regular ass people. In order not to desensitize yourself too quickly against pharmaceuticals this is a first option before taking Viagra which (obviously) works very well but isn´t the best long term. :feelstastyman:

yeah but the other stuff doesn't really do anything, l'cit is like getting on bicycle with a punctured tyre. cialis is like a toyota prius, and viagra is like a ferrari. you don't need anything else. and you don't want to be getting in the car all the time as you'll get fat.

Sure but with L-Cit studies show an improvement from EHS 3 to EHS 4 in 50% of participants. So 50% can fix minor issues witch L-Cit alone along with it giving you better bloodflow, slightly more stamina and it is cheap. I say start with that and the rest of the stack. If it doesn´t work you can jump to Viagra anyways but it is difficult to stop once youre desensitized so I think this is a good start :)

mirin the thread. im doing research to help with my performance anxiety/PIED , what are the downsides of all these? health risks or maybe i have to rely on it later?

Tadalafil can long term effect joints but if you to tollerance breaks like I mentioned in the thread this can be minimized. L-Cit should only be taken when needed (before Gym or intercourse) and is quite harmless on its own but can fuck you if taken with Tadalafil. Rest is safe in the dosages posted in the thread and can be taken with minimal/no side effects. Rep me if i´m helpful bro :)
