Chokladbollar
100g butter (not melted)
1dl sugar
3tbsp cacao
1tsp vanilla sugar
2tbsp cold strong coffee
(Mix all of these together in a big bowl)
Make into balls with your hands and roll them in pearl sugar

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (347 Fahrenheit). Melt 100g butter in a pot. Brown slightly while stirring constantly if you want a more nutty flavor. Add 2 1/2dl sugar, 3-6tbsp cacao, 2tsp vanilla sugar and a hefty pinch of salt. Add 2 eggs and at last add 1 1/2 dl flour. After mixing this, pour it into a baking tin (preferably breaded with butter and breadcrumbs) and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes. Add icing sugar on top of you want (not necessary). Serve with ice cream or whip cream and blueberries e.g.
