nothing is more important than your health. that’s why I believe stretching is one the simplest yet most powerful tools to help you with muscle control, coordination and anti-aging
so here’s my list of stretches that I do everyday to help keep my body flexible and supple hehe
1. Deep squat for 1 minute
2. Hip switch 2 sets of 8 reps
3. Jefferson curl 3 sets of 8 reps
4. Hip flexor stretch 30 sec each side
don’t forget to warm up first! happy stretching ^_^
