Ive had estrogen as high as 379 pg/ml when i ran out of ai and pinned alot of test and estrogen as low as 3 pg/ml when i was using high ai dose with fake test and i can confidently say there was no difference in bloat whatsoever, just more acne with high e

Cause it take time its not overnight
I guarantee you if you have high estrogen year around even if your lean your face gonna be awfull
Also estrogen cause bloat because of water retention if your using a diuretic (or using other peds that dry you out) it doesnt count
