Its not really a pain now cause i dismantled the hre super easily jfl, didn't fight a single battle, i just allied 4 of the electors, and austria (the emperor) was allied to the other 3, i declared a no cb war on Austria and legit just rushed the capitals of those 3 electors first, they fell super fast because of my super good siege ability, and then i rushed Vienna, and just dismantled the empire like that. Cageful cause there were zero battles fought

Last time I plaid HRE, I plaid as Nassau and vassalized many of the electors, had also BOTH England and France as allies, we won the first coalition war after I started taking territory like crazy, but then I took a bit more territory, and 2nd coalition war kicked my ass. Then they proceeded to give shit ton of my territories out I had conquered the past 50 years. Dismantling the hre is very easy jfl, you just need to either ally all the electors or occupy all of their capitals (which is the much worse option), and occupy the capital of the emperor.

The only way to play the HRE is to completely dismantle it, it feels like a huge stress relief when its gone, France started going ape shit in the west in my game since i dismantled the empire
Yeah USA is not even worth playing, too OP. I love teaching the brits a lesson as a germany. It's easy to navally invade them if you start building submarines from the very start. So satisfying to fuck them up and and puppet England and all other countries in UK. I kinda wanna play soviets again, but I'm afraid it'll be too easy. Also Austria-Hungary is kinda nice.
No, its with historicsl focus on. The reason this happens is because Italy alwats has a good navy while Germany has a shit navy, so when Germany and Italy are at war, Italy always beats Germany and takes Oslo in my game jfl, looks so silly

Tried ck2 for few hours and it sucked hard compared to eu4 or hoi4. When I play sims, I can forge relationships and shit, but when I play paradox games, I want to wage war.
I never won a hoi4 game tho, would always lose miserably when playing Germany againts the Soviets and even Yugoslavia would give me a hard time
