MINIMUM PRICE DEAL CONSIDERED

How likely is this to happen ?

I think this will protested by USA since it would hurt Tesla.

Or maybe the sanctions are back if they actually do it

Basically, Chinese EVs are more affordable than Teslas. Since people cant really buy cars in Europe because of economic issues the Chinese EVs could provide a relief for the customer. But this would mean that European automakers and USA ones too suffer since they cant compete with Chinese subsidised EVs

There must be a decent chance. There's clearly mutual motivation and good reason behind it.

I only post EU and USA news since it is what most users are interested in. If there is some serious news from other parts then I will post it too

Yeah but this will face some protests from White House and the European automakers. They cant compete with Chinese pricing

Yes but Europe can likely negotiate more favorable trade terms if Trump continues to discriminate heavily against China.
It's a silver lining but Trump gives the Europeans more leverage here.

True. I am moreso wondering how European companies navigate this. They cant really cpmplain since Minimum Price is being negotiated but if Chinese cars prove to be better then they need to come up with some strategy otherwise they are in dangerous waters
