Some random brazilian guy from a place i lurk on claims to be european, polish to be more precise, because of his bloodline and fenotype, but he was born and raised in Brazil.

Would you guys consider him european too or would he be made fun of if he went to poland and claimed to be a native polish just like the locals?

Some guys are agreeing with him while others are laughing, since there are a lot of eurocels here i would like to hear your thoughts about this.
