Even steroids wont help me

So I have been reading and reading a lot about steroids and the conclusion is that they dont help. Only if I am super reactive to them they cant help.
No matter what I do I cant change my looks the way that I want.
No ating good and going to the gym wont fix my face. Mfs will really say this like its gonna change my fucked ratios and bone structure.
Is surgery the only method?
