Just drink 1-2 cup to get tipsy then keep a filled cup with you all night so no one offers/forces you to drink more

When I started partying, I used to get cross-faded and couch-ridden but over time with enough experience its just found it easier to show other you already have one drink then denying one more

You need to work on your confidence my G, I used to be there when I was in my late teens to early 20's.

Believe me - if you banged 20 girls, you'd be able to talk to women - gotta up the confidence, exercise works wonders.
