Well I eat 4 eggs, 1L+ Milk, other diary products and either fish/some meat a day but I'm not able to get enough calories from it & I need energy for sports. Are there some plants/grains vegetables that are ok? (I jsut need it to fill my caloric needs, energy that's cheap and accessible)
