1. Twinkmaxxing - IF u keep shredding weight and dont see abs, your problem is probably ur at a higher weight than ur body for ur natural muscle mass and bones require, its ur body telling u ur fat. U need to twinkmax, it may take u going to like 120lbs to see visible clear abs, but do it. Then if u want to achieve any physique goals do it slowly and eat at a 100-200 calorie surplus. Its not a competition.

Its either that or u just become fat and ugly after bulking which is how I was at 160lbs. Dont be gaslit by users saying "muh victim weight" u need to be at ur natural weight first, then eat in a healthy surplus , and eat healthy to see real bone growth and muscle growth. Cramming mcdonalds and 1kg sugar diet wont do shit for u.

8. Furosemide - main effect for me is debloating sides of cheeks and bulbous tip, makes them fully lean - looks very nice. I take a pill if I have a special occasion. If u look better with furosemide its probably a sign u should fight off inflammation and get lower bf%.

9. Volufine - pinch ur eyebags/dark eye circles, if they return to the normal colour after u pinch them (do this in good lighting near sunlight and a mirror) then volufine will fix ur eyebags, use it.

10. Hair hilights - Getting hilights in the hair can give appearance of texture and has made me more blonde in a natural good way. Swedish people are idolized for example for their platinum blonde hair, if u just dump blonde hair dye on urself u will look like a yellow retard or super unnatural. Knowing what looks good and not overdoing is good too. Im dirty blonde and for me i was really blonder when younger so i got some natural hilights done and looks fenomenal and get complimented on hair a lot.

it is absolutely worth it. Eat at a 100-200 calorie surplus, its fully worth it.

Which Oxymetazoline did u use? How many drops do u put on each side? U just spread it evenly?

Which Oxymetazoline did u use? How many drops do u put on each side? U just spread it evenly?
i use a 0.05% one mom got me. The more % the better but even low percentages work

no it doesnt, if u use it on the nose yes, however if u use it on the skin on the outside no, studies have shown theres no rebound for it. Ive been doing it for weeks and it has only faded my PIE and didnt make it worse

get a moisturizer that wont make u a shiny oily piece of shit that u can apply in the morning and night, preferably la roches one.

And spray oxymetazoline on the effect areas. PIE can take like fucking 2 years to go away, if u actively moisturize and oxymetazoline, and accutane to prevent anymore scarring like that happening again and decrease inflammation in the long run u should see it go away in like 3 months.

wait so are you doing accutane + Oxymetazoline at the same time. I have very fresh PIE that scarred over on my neck, and just started 10mgs TODAY. Is there anything i can pair with accutane to work on old scarring and PIE. I was thinking maybe vitc. I might also try to get microneedling once i save up some money.

When I use any lip balm like Vaseline my lips get extremely dry when I don't use it. I stoped using that bs and just used coconut oil, my lips are as pink as a Stacy's pussy rn

azelaic acid but the effects are minimal

i kept doing it till the pouch was gone jfl. As I said it may literally take u going to 110lbs. Its better to do that then be at a way higher weight than ur bones and muscles are meant for.

The thing is the shit i did to loose weight was raping my metabolism to the point I'd have to eat nothing just to barely loose anything. Pair that with the severe hunger I'd get from my hormones being fried and it turned unsustainable

How'd u maintain ur metabolic rate?
