my infras are really bad bro, one way for you to realise that is if you get 8-10 hours of sleep every night, dont drink coffee, or caffeine reduce stress, eat well etc and still look like you have had a rough night and literall titty bags underneath your eyes and scleral show (somewhat)

bimax before rhinoplasty is kinda important especially if you are going to get a lot of upper jaw movement

no i told them how i was depressed cause of my looks and women will never like me, and i told them it makes me look sick and so on, so i somehow convinced my mom and she convinced my dad. now its just a question of time
