LIPOCOCKTAIL:
I've already made a thread on this, but I'll write it again for the sake of this post
EQUIPMENT:
1- 1ML SYRINGE 25/27G NEEDLE
2- DISPOSABLE GLOVES
3- LIDOCAINE
4- LIPOCOCKTAIL (MUST CONTAIN PALMITOYL DERIVATIVES AND L-CARTININE ALONG WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS)


LOCK THE FUCK IN ON THE INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU DONT WANNA GET NECROSIS!!!!

1- DRAW 0.1ML AND INJECT EACH TIME INTO EACH MARKED GREEN SPOT (70-80ML)
2- PINCH YOUR NOSE WHEN YOU'RE INJECTING AND GO IN AT A 15 DEGREE ANGLE
3- DRINK A FUCK TON OF WATER IN THE NEXT 30 MINUTES AND PUT ON A BANDAID
4- GIVE IT A FEW DAYS TO COOL DOWN

Overall i give this a...... 9/10. Pretty good but the results are inconsistent, medium risk high reward if your fat composition is dog penis, recommend

CORTICOSTEROIDS:

- Topical corticosteroids are anti-inflammatory agents classified according to their potency, used to treat various skin conditions by inducing vasoconstriction and inhibiting inflammatory mediators. They reduce water retention and thin the skin by inhibiting collagen production in the applied area.

POPULAR CORTICOSTEROIDS:
1- Hydrocortisone
2- Betamethasone

Overall i give them a...... 8/10. Pretty consistent and rapid results, however you have to be careful with topical steroid withdrawal, cycle it wisely.

RETINOIDS:
The one in particular that I'm gonna be talking about here is isotretinoin, a vitamin A derivative that works on shrinking sebum glands, this has a DIRECT effect on your nose size, and it's definitely a key player here, you should be on isotretinoin anyways, 10mg every other day (accumulative dose of 8000mg-10000mg) is proper for maintenance. If you've had liver issues before, I'd suggest you get bloodwork every now and then. 8/10

EXTRAS:

If i were you, I'd honestly just get a rhino, even after all of that im not satisfied. I doubt there's any other unconventional method aside from lipococktail to truly shrink your nose. I'm saving up for surgery anyways and you might as well do the same but I reckon you could try your hardest first. Good luck
