I’d bet $1000 that you can’t do a single pistol squat. Plenty of jacked motherfuckers out there who train using calisthenics. I do prefer using weights myself, but there are tons of ways to make calisthenics super challenging

I lift weights in gym usually but during covid lockdown I had to resort to bodyweight training and that made me cultivate respect for calisthenics, it’s no easy feat

Obviously it depends on the movement. Calisthenics ranges from being so easy grannies can do it, to being so hard you only see juiced up guys being able to do certain moves. Why not do both types of training? Pull-ups, planks, dips and pushups are all top tier exercises

Weight lifters are such stiff pussies that would be knocked out in a second by calisthenics and combat sport maxxers
