Every Supplement/Compound I've Ever Taken (pretty much) - AMA

Before we begin, I will have to point out that this thread has been made solely to share my experiences on various compounds - and is not a call for absolutely anyone to do the same. Always consult medical professionals before starting any compound.

Every compound in this thread is discussed within the context of a GTAV RP Modded server.



Main AMA thread someone requested me to make this one in:




Supplements (Healthmaxing + Looksmaxing + Brainmaxing) - Daily doses (
unless specified otherwise):


  • Life Extension Two-Per-Day Multivitamin - Morning + Night (who would've thought) to ensure all essential vitamins are in check (or even slight excess, wouldn't hurt as the dosages are appropriate and a lot of vitamins in there are water-soluble anyways);
  • Liposomal NAC - 1000mg on cycle for antioxidant support / 500mg off cycle for the same reason, plus the other benefits that it has (it has a lot) / 2000mg to assist my heavy metal detox cycles, as NAC binds strongly to excreted heavy metals and helps body dispose of them;
  • Liposomal P-5-P - 100mg on cycle (off tren) to lower prolactin / 50mg off cycle for the same reason (occasionally);
  • MCT Oil - 2 good gulps before taking all my pills in the morning to ensure all the fat-solubles absorb properly;
  • Beta-Carotene - 25mg for golden undertones;
  • Lycopene - 25mg for red undertones;
  • Astaxanthin - 25mg for both gold and red, which helps blend the other two carotenoids perfectly;
  • MacuShield Original - One pill, mainly for Zeaxanthin and Lutein to support eye health (although beware because it has sunflower seed oil as an ingredient and seed oils are horrible for you, so I don't take it more than twice a week anymore:forcedsmile:);
  • D3 + K2 - 50,000IU/400mcg MK7 - has a tera turbo wide range of benefits plus most people in the modern era are vitamin D deficient. Inb4 muh too much - multiple studies have shown that D3 only becomes toxic at absurd doses (like 7,000,000IU+), and that's still without appropriate K2 supplementation;
  • Iron - 100mg on cycle because that shit makes me temporarily iron deficient for some reason;
  • Potassium - 3500mg, as potassium is amazing for bone & muscle recovery
  • Boron - 18mg morning + 18mg night for bone recovery back when I used to bonesmash;
  • Magnesium - 300mg before bed to improve sleep (and bone recovery, back when I used to bonesmash);
  • Iodine (!!!Megadose!!!) - 50mg a day for 2 weeks once every 6 months for heavy metal detox, as it is amazing for that purpose. I handle it very well, however, I had to watch my thyroid, as its activity does elevate when iodine displaces toxic halide bromine. I did feel a bit shit sometimes for the same reason, but upping my sulphur intake helped lift a lot of said feeling shit;
  • Resveratrol - 50mg for antioxidant support + reducing Clomid's effects on growth plate ossification, back when my plates were still open and I would happen to be on SERMs;\
  • Life Extension Turmeric Extract Formula - 400mg for fluoride detox and to assist in prevention of a LOT of illnesses;
  • Citicoline - 500mg AM + 500mg PM for improved cognition;
  • L-Tyrosine - 1000mg for improved cognition;
  • Alpha-GPC - 600mg before a brain-taxing task, for improved cognition;
  • Ashwagandha - 600mg because I happen to be a cortisol bomb;
  • Glycine - 3000mg before bed to improve sleep (+ additional health benefits);
  • L-Citrulline - 1000mg before bed to improve sleep (and slightly ascend GH secretion due to REM prolongation, back when I was natty);
  • Creatine (only on bulk because bloat) - 20mg during loading phase (first 2 weeks of bulk) / 5mg normally - do I even need to name things it helps with?;
  • Beta-Alanine - 300g normally to ascend muscle recovery and decrease lactic acid buildup / 300g pre-workout for a boost in energy + said lactic acid lowering;
  • Carbohydrate Blend - I honestly forgot the dosage but I would drink like 3 tbsp pre-workout for energy and improved motor unit recruitment (now substituted with carbs from actual food unless );
  • EAA - 15g to help with recovery;
  • Electrolyte Blend - one scoop post-workout because why not;
  • Whey Protein - 50g post-workout if I cannot eat food for whatever reason;




AAS, Peptides, SERMs & Other Pharma (intake frequency specified individually):


Before we begin, I will have to point out that my physiology seems to be pretty different to other peoples' as I have not felt any mental OR physical side effects from AAS/AIs besides minor sex hormone crashes & Tren-related sleep issues (all of that partially credited to ancillaries I take though, of course). I also seem to not produce like any 5AR at all.
  • Testosterone - 500mg Enanthate weekly during my first cycle / 1000mg Propionate weekly at some point during the same cycle when I needed to gain as much muscle as I could in a limited timeframe;
  • Aromasin - 25mg/12.5mg varied every day on 500mg Test / 25mg daily on 1000mg Test;
  • Accutane - 20mg daily on cycle to prevent body acne;
  • Ezetimibe - 10mg daily on cycle to lower LDL;
  • Cialis - 5mg for blood pressure-related healthmaxes;
  • Eplerenone - 25mg to always keep my K:Na ratio in check by lowering Aldosterone, which would essentially prevent me from bloating no matter what I eat;
  • Furosemide - 40mg if I need to quickly shave off excess water retention, twice a week max;
  • Dutasteride - 0.5mg to nuke my DHT (I barely produce any 5AR anyways, so 0.5mg is enough for me both on and off cycle. I am well aware that 2.5mg mogs normally);
  • HGH - 4IU daily for the most part of my first cycle / 6IU daily whilst on 1000mg test;
  • CJC DAC - 500mcg every third night, before I got my hands on HGH / !!!MISTAKENLY!!! have run upwards of 3.4mg per injection for some time, more about how that happened in this thread;
  • Ipamorelin - 500mcg twice a day before I got my hands on HGH / !!!MISTAKENLY!!! have run upwards of 3.4mg per injection for some time, refer to the above linked thread as well;
  • MK-677 - 12.5mg daily on bulk solely to stimulate hunger;
  • Cardarine - 20mg daily on cut (stopped using it after I got my hands on DNP. Inb4 muh cancer - GW is more likely to cause a genetic mutation than cancer. Just take a look at what dosages those poor mice were pumped with compared to a 20mg);
  • Retatrutide - upwards of 5mg weekly during regular cut / 10mg weekly on DNP;
  • Cagrilintide - 125mcg weekly on DNP;
  • DNP - 400mg daily for about 10 days during my big cut, which managed to shred me down to desired bodyfat in that timeframe;
  • Anavar - 20mg daily on cut to dry myself out (only mildly raises DHT, compared to other DHTD's, so it's ok IMO);
  • Trenbolone - 70mg Acetate every other day on DNP to prevent any muscle loss + additional help with getting shredded;
  • Cabergoline - 0.25mg twice a week on Tren in place of P-5-P to deal with Tren-induced prolactin spikes;
  • DSIP - 500mcg three times a week, before bed, on Tren to help with sleep;
  • Anadrol - 50mg pre-workout for improved strength & endurance;
  • Melanotan-1 - 250mcg twice daily for first week / 500mcg twice daily for second & third week / 250mcg once daily afterwards for maintenance;
  • HGH Frag - I forgor:lul:;
  • GHK-Cu - 2.5mg daily;
  • Enclomiphene - 12.5 mg every other day if I am unable to pin test for a while (e.g. abroad);
  • HCG - 1000IU every other day for 2 weeks after last Test injection for PCT;
  • HMG - 75IU twice weekly for 2 weeks after last Test injection for PCT.
