The intricate dips and topography of our young faces all fill out as we enter our 30s (presumably with the elastin loosening, as well as ligaments too probably). Without a solution to preserve the tightness and unique arrangements of our faces before bodily elastin production starts rapidly tapering off (ESPECIALLY around the eyes), no amount of surgery can make you look young again. Certainly not fillers. Everyone just blends into this plain middle aged round head blob
PDO threads to mimic the form of that indentation might be the only way, but those get a lot of bad press too
