Genuinly so crazy to still see people that think eating carbs will stunt the GH release as if it wouldnt be exogenous or even amplify the IGF-1 release lol.

the issue isn’t carbs themselves it’s insulin, insulin inhibits gh signaling. Also insulin inhibits fat oxidation so you wouldn’t get the lipolytic effects of gh.

yeah exactly, eating carbs leads to Insulin, wich leads to higher Igf-1 release. so eating carbs pre during or post injection is optimal.
