90% of this is all ab isolation, planks, and oblique stuff that literally does nothing for facial aesthetics. ppl spend years grinding abs but ignore the real factors that influence jawline definition like nightly cervical spine alignment, deep neck flexor activation, and overall posture during sleep. if ur under 25 and not paying attention to these things, most of your gains are half baked. forget reta, forget chin fillers, forget hype about obliques your craniofacial structure depends way more on posture and neck muscles than you think.

I have genuinely slept on my face for 15 years of my life and I probably have the most defined jawline out of all of the people I know, yeah I have recessed infras but don't we all (let me cope in peace). Sleep quality and posture and neck muscles matter however you cannot disregard how much more of an impact the gym and proper tongue posture has on your face.
