Everyone lies about height

I've noticed that I'm probably the only one that says his true height when being asked. I measured myself in a stadiometer and was just 6'2 but when I ask some of my fuckhead friends who are about the same height as me they tell me they're 6'5.

or other idiots who are like 5'11 say they're 6'1

should I just stay honest or claim my height + 3inches like almost everybody?
