Test: the higher youre body fat, the less test you need to run and the more ais you will need, but you need test to have good sex drive and fullness.
Nandrolone: only use this when you are single digit body fat.
Same with anadrol,dianabol,eq,sustanon.
Only steroids allowed for 10%+ body fat are test mast primo trenbolone anavar and winstrol, you need to get single digit body fat unless you are a powerlifter.
All this fucking time i was training and eating like a powerlifting, got good gains but also fat, now it is time for a change
