So. the best height evolutionary wise would be average height, being tall was often considered a liability since they required massive amounts of food, and were the first to starve, in a famine, that would not be IDEAL. and they were also more prone to joint failures, cancer and so on. being short was also considered a liability, because while it was more efficient for famines than taller bodies. it was still an advantage in hand to hand combat against larger hominids, and lower leverage for hunting.
meanwhile the average height was the best, because an average human is big enough to defend themselves, hunt, and compete for females, but small enough to survive a famine. that's why most people are average height.
technically average height in modern day terms would be around 5'10 to 6'2.
but still the best height for mogging and domination is 6'5 and above.
