I have an ex-friend who is like 4/10 5'7 white guy. Socially awkward. He never had a girlfriend before, he probably was a virgin. Horrible hairstyle. Not popular at all. Girls never wanted him.
He started to do amateur rap. He has shows in unknown pubs. He isn't famous. Most people wouldn't recognize his name or face. He's a guy who makes live music in random no-name bars. He doesn't earn much from it. I bet that the bars only offer him food and a place to sleep for the night if he has to travel there. And by travel, I mean the cheapest possible public transportation.
He has become way more social since starting his amateur rap career. He is still random nobody, but he has become more NT. Now he has GF. He still looks like shit.
