Examples of 23+ inch or sub 15 bideltoids?

Does anyone have examples for 23+ bideltoid Istg I’ve seen people irl legit football ogre like people with like a 25+ or even bigger bideltoid (not counting for landwhales). I don’t think I’ve seen sub 15 however I have seen I believe foids sub 16 bideltoid level and some guys around 16.5 - 17.

If they do exist are all the examples just morbidly obese people or legit little ass kids for sub 15.
