Are there examples of pictures of people who have fixed their droopy tipped nose by improving their maxilla? I am wondering what it actually looks like when it is fixed, will it have zero droopy-ness or will it still have some?..

If you don’t have a bulbous nose then a Lefort 1 would straighten it.
