Hi guys I know its kinda of a hot topic but I always wandered at what point could exercice have a positive impact on height growth and when the ROI just becomes negative
Im asking this because I've heard different opinion about this topic: on some threads a guy reported study about the positive impact of mechanical tension applied on condriocites while on the other hand we can see many cases of stunted growth when its taken to the extreme (for example tristan lee who looks like a 5'4 14-year old ever since he started lifting)
It also kind makes sense that when training you are taking away nutrients and hormones that could otherwise help you grow taller
What's you take about gym/ sport and its impact on height?
