Go 10g raw powder for like 25 GPB, and mixed into 90g of flour (i had no baking sugar jfl), and 1/4 teaspoon measure equaled 100mg melatonin.

I had the most dreams ive ever had in 1 night it was crazy, like about 6, waking up for 10 mins inbetween each one

Feel not groggy the next day now and actually quite energised.

Long story short, besides the obvious of regulating circadian rhytm, melatonin is very good as an antioxidant, and even increases IGF1 whilst sleeping quite a bit at a megadose.

Would recommend, VigorousSteve has a video going more in depth on this.

I have practially cured my insomnia, by doing higher volume Push Pull rest sessions, taking 20mg amitryptaline each night, and surprisingly hopping on test, combined with melatonin now. Just my personal experience. But at one point my insomnia was absolutely awful.

How long did you sleep? And was your sleep cut short or could you sleep in?

About 8-9 hours, and usually I am awake for a while before my alarm and wasnt. I have even taken 5-10mg melatonin before and didnt have same effects.

Nah its fine. Thereve been plenty of studies on doses exceding 100mg.

good job on curing your insomnia. I cured mine by saying “fuck going to sleep”, stopping the sleep supplements/melatonin/sleep rituals and staying up 3 nights in a row before i fell asleep. That night of sleep was ass, but the one right after was the best sleep i had in my life, like 10 hours, multiple dreams, woke up refreshed and ever since then insomnia disappeared for me.
