Experiences with @realsurgerymax

Obviously I have seen his results and they seem good.

I am well aware of the fact he has slow replies which is to be expected.

However I have messaged him today to consult as I want him to be the designer of my implants for surgery and I will likely get the surgery done with one of the Turkish surgeons Celal likely.

In the interim anyone with insight let’s discuss the pros and cons of this plan

Cons:
-might disappear mid surgery because hes busy debating looks theory with incels online
-high risk of posting your x ray in his instagram instead of fixing your face
-you might wake up looking like a distorted chad meme because the measurements were taken from a photoshop morph

if a surgeon who spends more time dooming than operating sounds like a solid plan go for it but dont be suprised when he hit you with the "just rope" when you ask about post op swelling

the designer makes a design and the surgeon inspects it to make the final call AFAIK so i dont see a big problem

Very much strawman. He’s got an aesthetic eye, assisted in over 25 surgeries from what I’ve read. It’s not the fact he’s not a surgeon he’s a designer and a great one at that.

watching doesnt mean doing. a hospital janitor watch surgeries too, doesnt make him a doctor

i reccomend you trusting your face over an actual medical expert instead of some forum jaw gurus

I just consulted with Pagnoni yesterday. I asked him outright what he thought of Giant implants and whether or not he was extreme or any of that. Pag answered very clearly and said that, without a doubt in his mind, Giant was the best in the entire world. He also said that Giant's uncanny or botched looking results were basically all the consequence of the PATIENT trying to push the limits and get something extreme and foreign looking. Ultimately, it's simply not worth arguing about giant when few people actually have seen his real before and afters, seeing only 2 or 3 is simply a terrible sample size. He also, without doubt, probably gets better every design and learns from any mistakes each and every time.

pagnoni just showed me his bimax before and afters and i didn't pry too hard. a lot of the bimax movements were relatively modest tbh so the changed were almost all great but relatively minor if you were just looking for aesthetics like most people on this forum.

just to clarify... the bimaxes were all designed by Pag, so i didn't see and RSM before and afters.
