Experiencing Gut Wrenching Nihilism

I genuinely don’t understand the point of struggling endlessly and I know this is bitchy or whatnot but I can’t cope anymore, I was bullied to the point I was going to kill myself and the gym saved me but now i Just fucking have body dysmorphia

i have to struggle to lose weight, do all this bullshit but now that Ive finished Year11/ highschool I find that Im just suffering
