Alright so rn im basically 16, 5'7, 58kg and Indian . I really hate the way i look and i want to ascend badly. I'm going to share all the softmaxes that I know of and am going to go on a 1.5 month ascension plan and see if any of these can ascend my ltn face. I acknowledge that most of these may be cope but theres no harm in trying them out. I also have included some other things like moneymaking but those can be ignored as that isnt my main priority. Let me know if there are any ways to make this routine better. I have listed all my falios below and ways i am going to try to fix them. I have also listed out a brief routine for the 1.5 month holidays in december.

Like i have said before, i know that most of these will probably be cope but they could be worth just trying out. And I havent sent my face in because i look horrible
  • Recessed chin = bonesmashing everyday
  • Bad jawline visibility (both side profile and front) - mewing everyday and hyoid training
  • Recessed maxilla - thumpulling 3 mins everyday
  • Recessed browridge - bonesmashing lightly everyday
  • Medium set eyebrows - make squinting a habit
  • Bad orbitals - bonesmashing lightly everyday
  • Bad IPD - not fixable but can fraud with glasses
  • Bad nose width and size - not fixable but may help by losing face fat or bloat (cardio)
  • Low set hyoid - neck curls, chin tucks everyday and mewing
  • Too much bloat - 3L of water, cardio everyday, lymphatic drainage and ice
  • Small neck - neck curls
  • Bad teeth- not fixable
  • Overbite - not fixable but can fraud with intentionally touching teeth together
  • Average masseters - Chew harder and take 20 bites before swallowing
  • Short ramus - Not fixable
  • Thin eyebrows - Castor oil or minoxidil (after 18)
  • Bad skin texture - ice everyday and skincare
  • Minor acne - avoid harsh cleanser and moisturise daily
  • Puffy and long hair - Haircut every month and only using small amounts of clay
  • Bad physique - Pushups, lifting every day and eat healthy
  • Bad frame - gym (17 and after)
  • Short height - not fixable
  • Bad posture - neck curls and chin tucks
  • Average zygos - bonesmashing everyday
  • Bad facial hair - shave all excess facial hair around zygomatic and cheeks and keep moustache and goatee very thin
  • Facial asymmetry - chew more on weaker side and sleep on weaker side


Routine to ascend (1.5 month holidays)
8am - wake up
8.20am - shower
8.45am - thumbpulling, lymphatic drainage, zygo pushing/pulling, eye training
9.15am - get ready
9.30am - eat breakfast (bulking smoothie)
10am - pushups (100) - in backyard for sun exposure
11am - study early content for subjects in year 11 and 12
11.15am - eat fruit and nuts
12 pm - learn a moneymaking skill (trading, dropshipping…etc)
12.45 pm - eat lunch
1.30pm - workout (arms)
2.15pm - cardio (45 min - 1 hour)
3.20pm - shower
3.45pm - chill
4.15pm - study early content
4.30pm - eat nuts
5pm - play football in backyard
5.30pm - pray
6.15pm - eat dinner
6.45pm - vacuum and clean up
7.30pm - chill
9.30pm - pushups (60)
10.00pm - workout (full body)
10.45pm - chill and bonesmashing
11.15pm - brush and do nighttime routine (skincare, chin tucks, neck curls, thumpulling)
11.45pm - sleep


Daily goals/rules:
  • 3L - 3.5L of water
  • 10k - 15k steps
  • Eat healthy
  • No phone till 9.30
  • 4 hours 30 mins screen time total (including studying)
  • At least 45 minutes outside
  • If I open insta or tiktok to scroll during the day I do the number of pushups for the amount of scrolls. Eg 10 pushups for 10 scrolls

bad teeth is fixable with Invisalign or braces, medical insurance should cover atleast some of it.

Niggas be doing anything but getting orthodontic treatment (MARPE then DJS)

If it works, thumbpulling, mewing, bonesmashing and hard chewing take months if not years to show structural changes

Good diet (cover all micros and macros), sleep, resistance training and sun exposure are just a base wont ascend you

Take castor oil orally (be sure its food grade meaning edible) and minoxidil now no need to wait.

For skin and acne 1. accutane 2.(and just second not first thing to do) peptides like glow stack (ghkcu, bpc157, tb500)

Mewing Like idk if it’s puperty since I started mewing since I’m 12 now I’m almost 16. Bonesmashing did not see much change because its always just swelling but look at ehren Craig he smashed his chin and it worked so nothing speaks against it. Neck curls made my neck looking like steel. Nah joking but you can feel better muscle and hoid control after a week and see big results after 2-3 weeks
 
yeah got it bro but my base rn is genuinely close to unsaveable without any form of surgery. How was ur base before properly locking in with softmaxing?

160 pushups a day is also insane when you`re skinny,and probably unable to do even 30:(.You`re overtraining for no reason and will get tired on second day,if not first.
also 15 minutes for studying is insane,do more.
your routine is 90% cope,might as well just go outside and have fun...
i doubt you`re even gonna follow it,it seems like a dream or something.If you do try to follow it then i suggest you do this:

dont eat fruits for whole 45 minutes,spend that time for studying/money
