Nice. Do you think it could help either slight redness or occasional acne? Or should I just take Retinol directly

Supposedly you shouldn’t use it on skin flare ups
Mct oil seems to work for that or baking soda wash 2x week

Wanted to try it but i have very sensitive skin and it gets dry and red quickly so idk about that and if when should i use it
