im wasting my first cycle gains as im probably training like a retard help me out here
I have been on 500 test propionate for 4 weeks now, during the first few weeks i was progressing somewhat
i was doing 2x failure per exercise, 8 sets total per muscle group a week on a push/pull split
though the progression was pretty slow (a rep more at same weight per session, then up like 2kg)
i was and still am not starting my sessions with compound lifts instead starting with isolation which i need to know if thats a problem
then last week i regressed a couple reps on preacher curls i switched to 3sets with 0-1RIR for everyhing last week
today im regressed even fucking more after weekend rest
i need some expierenced gymcels to tell me wtf im doing wrong with this training and how to fix it
do i go back to 2x failure or 2x 1RIR or literally just how? do i start out with compound lifts and not isolations for shoulders and triceps
does not training legs limit upper body growth in anyway while on cycle?
