How does the most pro surgeons do it? Do they always extract bottom premolars from all the class 2 ppl to make a bigger advancement?

Dude it depends. If the dentoalveolar arch is too narrow and small to accomodate all teeth then extraction is recommended.
However, if you would have enough space and extract just for the sake of getting a bigger advancement, you should first check if it isn't possible to do CCW Rotation or complement the advancement with a genioplasty.

This makes total sense. I had very minor crowding on lower arch and my ortho didnt extract any teeth. Though I was worried that the advancement will be small because my overjet isnt really large. But I guess yeah ccw rotation should compansate for it.

I asked because every class 2 patient i see have their lower premolars extracted for a larger mandibular advancement.
