expansion over extractions stupidist thing ever. not saying expansion is bad but it wont solve crowding if it is moderate which is found in most of the cases. so called aesthetic professionals on a tiktok say it will recess you but even if you get with slightly more sunken profile your lip projection will be better.

however extractions aren’t the best option since surgery exists, but sometimes even jaw surgery needs it, my bsso does.
