So i went to the Orthodontist and they said i need braces and an expander

They also said i need to extract the wisdom teeth so there can be more room for your teeth after the expander

is this going to recess my face more/ how to get around this

can i still opt out of the removal of wisdom teeth when getting expanders and braces, also i heard some people say i should turn the key once a week instead of every other day what do you think .
In most cases you can opt out of wisdom tooth removal, as it is not needed for an expander or standard braces unless the teeth are already causing issues or interfering with treatment. As for turning the expander, the activation schedule is not something to improvise; faster or slower turning changes how the force is delivered, and doing it less often than prescribed can reduce the intended effect, so it is best to follow the schedule your orthodontist has set.
Removing wisdom teeth does not recess the face. Third molars sit at the very back and their removal does not create space at the front or change jaw position. An expander widens the upper arch, and braces then align the teeth within that space. Facial recession is only a concern when front teeth are pulled back unnecessarily, which is a different decision from wisdom tooth removal.
