idk why but this happens often
i get extreme dairy cravings late at night and i end up eating a bunch of stuff like mac and cheese and ill drink a ton of milk.
its really bad with milk, my parents always have to buy more since i keep drinking it all.
whenever i get those cravings and drink milk its comparable to busting a nut and i feel so good once im satisfied

pls help whats going on:forcedsmile:

Milk contains casomorphines which are semi addictive. This happens because it encourages calves to drink alot to grow large.

"Casomorphins are opioid peptides released during the digestion of the milk protein casein. These peptides, particularly bovine beta-casomorphin-7 (bBCM7), can bind to opioid receptors in the brain, potentially affecting mood and other physiological functions. "

A2?
and parents wont get me raw milk
A1 is the shit sold at supermarkets from A1 cows (which are a genetic mutation). Milk from A2 cows cause less inflammation and contain more igf1. Try to get it as minimally pasteurized as possible.
